CeeDee Lamb Drops $1.3 Million a Year to Keep His Body Elite

Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is going all in when it comes to body upkeep—dropping around $1.3 million annually on recovery and wellness to maintain peak performance.

That astronomical number breaks down to roughly $50,000 every two weeks, covering everything from ice baths, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, red‑light therapy, to hyperbaric chamber sessions. “What I do for a living, it’s very physical,” Lamb explains. “Some short weeks are more lethal than your regular seven‑day schedule. So I’m just staying on top of that… trying to get a lead on my opponent”.

This investment isn’t just for luxury—it pays off. Despite a brief shoulder injury last season, Lamb has played 81 of 84 possible games, racking up 6,300+ receiving yards, 38 touchdowns, four Pro Bowl nods, and three All‑Pro honors.

Lamb’s approach mirrors other elite athletes like LeBron James and Derrick Henry, who also shell out huge sums on wellness. As Lamb himself says, taking care of your body is crucial when your career depends on it.

With a $136‑million contract backing him, investing in top-tier recovery isn’t extra—it’s essential. And so far, the results speak volumes.
